• No transfers are included in the mentioned rates.
• Children above 5 years will be chargeable.
• Check in possible during 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM as per your travel plan.
• If you are not satisfied with the boat or the facilities on it, you must inform the management before starting the cruise. The management will not be responsible for any refund after the completion of your cruise. Please check the boat and facilities on your arrival time itself.
• In sunset/sunrise cruise, the view of sunset/sunrise depends on weather and any failure of its view due to bad weather will not be a reason for the cancellation/refund of booking.
• In the bird watching cruise, watching the birds depends on weather and season. If you were unable to watch the birds due to weather change or seasonal change, it will not be a reason for the cancellation/refund of booking.
